After years of ineffective and tedious gym training, SARAH SKELDING discovered bodyweight training through Karl Van Lith and embarked on a journey that completely transformed both her mind and body. She had finally found an exercise modality that challenged her and suited her busy lifestyle. That was 8 years ago. At the beginning of 2017, she took over the business from Karl.

Not realising her immense passion for teaching until she started on this new adventure.

Sarah pays attention to ensuring that her clients achieve the perfect form. Believing that quality over quantity is key in creating the best version of you. She includes the use of Kettlebells and complex bodyweight exercises, to improve your mobility, strength, confidence and endurance, no matter your age or fitness level.

Her style of training focuses on the individual within a group – ‘while we all train together, everyone is on their own personal journey, moving at their own pace to achieve their goal.’

PETER JOKUMSEN began his functional fitness journey in 2009 with an incredible coach, Karl van Lith, who showed him that there was a better way to train than to visit a gym for over an hour a day. With that enlightenment and a year of intense training, Peter made the decision to become an instructor. After 3 months of even more intense instruction with Karl he began to teach classes. Since then he has trained with and been instructed by some truly inspiring coaches, Rickus Muller, Alberto Gallazzi, Scott Sonnon, and Kellen Loureiro to name a few.

Peter temporarily stepped away from teaching between 2016 and 2019 but decided to return to it, aiming to enhance his overall mobility and maintain an active lifestyle through regular physical activity.

Danie Needham

Fitness Coach

Danie Needham is an up-and-coming young professional with a love for body-weight exercises and working with people. Having trained with the crew for over 8 years he decided to try his hand at presenting classes. He makes it a point to ensure everyone enjoys themselves and gets the best out of each class that they attend.

Trying new exercises and combinations of exercises to make things interesting, is what he believes will keep the classes entertaining and keep the crew coming back for more.
