Training related
- What should I wear? Normal exercise gear is all you need. Make sure it’s comfortable and that you can move freely.
- Do I need to bring anything? Please bring your own yoga mat along. Bottled water and a sweat towel might be a good idea too!
- Can I earn Vitality points for my training? Yes! We’ve partnered with Discovery Vitality so you can earn 100 points for every training session at Bodyweight Fitness Crew. You can also earn 50 points for any online training session with us.
- What can I do when I am away and don’t want to miss a class? We have a special Facebook group where we upload live classes for you to train along to or you can watch them later.
