There’s a small once-off joining fee of R250 for new members, and then R550 per month gets you access to up to 12 classes a week. It’s cheaper than a gym membership and you’ll get personalised attention from our instructors.
Family rates and personal training is also available. Refer a friend and if they sign up, you’ll receive your next month’s training FREE.
You can join us for a drop-in class for just R80 per session.
What should I wear?Normal exercise gear is all you need. Make sure it’s comfortable and that you can move freely.
Do I need to bring anything?Please bring your own yoga mat along. Bottled water and a sweat towel might be a good idea too!
Can I try a class before signing up?Yes, your first week of training is free, come and give it a try!
How much are drop-in classes?Drop-in classes cost R80 per session.
What are your cancellation terms?For monthly memberships we just need a one month notice period. For private training session please give us 24 hours notice to avoid any cancellation fees.
Can I pause my contract if I need to skip a month? Yes, if you are going to be away due to travel, work or injury you can pay our reduced rate of R150 instead of your normal full membership price.
